Can I preview the music before I buy?

We want you to feel totally confident about your purchases here on the site. You can preview all of the books and sheet music as well as hear sound samples for every title offered.

Do you have teacher discounts?

We have low everyday pricing with our generous customer rewards program where you are automatically shown the lowest available price. Piano Pronto also offers regular promotions that range from percentage discounts on particular product categories, sheet music freebies, and much more. To stay updated on our current promotions make sure to join our mailing list.

Do you work with retail stores?

Yes, we’re always open to working with new retailers. You can read more in our Wholesale section and contact us for terms or more information.

Is the Piano Pronto website secure?

We respect your privacy and want customers to know that their personal information is safe and secure. Every section of the website uses 2048-bit TLS encryption and passwords are never stored as plain-text. Credit card information is transmitted directly to our payment provider so your payment information never goes to our server. We will never sell your information with third-party marketing entities. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

What are my payment options?

Our recommended method is to pay securely by credit card. You can optionally store your credit card info to your account so that you don’t have to type it in on future orders. Stored credit card information is vaulted using Braintree’s secure payment vault.

You can also make credit/debit card payments or bank transfers through Paypal.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Domestic (U.S.) orders: Shipping starts as low as $3 depending on the size and weight of your order. Unless you choose another method, all orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail which takes (2-14 days for arrival). If you need your order faster please use one of the faster options like USPS Priority Mail upon checkout.

International orders: We currently ship internationally to Canada via USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary, but are usually between 7-14 days. Remember that digital items do not require shipment and are available instantly!

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your purchase price within 15 days in the form of a store credit once you return the hardcopy items (buyer pays return postage). We cannot offer refunds on digital items due to copyright.
