Rejoice! Rejoice!, also known as Gaudete, is a sacred Christmas carol, thought to have been composed in the 16th century and published in Piae Cantiones, a collection of Finnish & Swedish sacred songs. It is arranged here as fast and flashy upbeat trio by Lisa Donovan Lukas. This selection is ideal for early intermediates and includes a set of parts and a full conductor’s score.

Wellerman, a traditional 19th-century sea shanty from New Zealand, arranged for late beginners by Jennifer Eklund. Includes two versions to aide students in the learning process.

The waltz-time setting and straight eighths are ideal for helping players achieve a fluid technique and a sense of forward motion. The melodic content is “hidden” within the right hand eighths and gives ample opportunity for developing sophisticated voicing.

Masquerade is a whimsical lyrical waltz in B minor composed by Chrisanne Nahum. This piece is ideally suited for intermediates and will delight students of all ages!

Intermezzo in B Minor, composed by Rick Robertson, is a late-intermediate-level solo in a neo-Romantic lyrical style. It has a calm, understated mood and is very effective in performance, and makes an excellent repertoire choice for recitals or festivals.
