I personally loved this piece when I first played it - it's a favorite of one student in particular. You can feel the longing in the music.

Oh how my student & I are enjoying this beautiful piece. So pretty...and some new rhythms for this student. She also loves the downward rolled chords. Fun lesson this week. Exciting for her.
