Every student I have given this piece to just loves it! It looks more difficult than it really is and is very rewarding to play, especially with the duet.

This is a super song for your boy students! They like the "spy" sort of song that moves quickly. Jennifer's teacher duets are so fun to dress up beginner songs!

I assigned this piece to a first-year 9-year old student as his first recital piece and he loved it! I heard from his older brother that everyone in the house was very tired of it by recital time because he played it constantly. I love that the student was able to play a piece like this with flats, staccatos, dotted quarter & 8th note rhythms, etc. after just 8 months of piano lessons under his belt! You cannot beat Jennifer Eklund's method books!
