My students love this little piece! Even my late Prelude students can play it. It is worthy of a studio license!
Lisa
The melody of this song is lovely. I find that my students learn it very quickly because there aren’t any spots that trip them up and the notes and rhythm just fall together naturally. The song practically teaches itself. It makes a very impressive performance piece for beginner students.
Andrea
I had a very talented student just fall in love with this piece! It sounds sophisticated, but falls into place quite easily. A real winner!
Shari
I have an adult beginning piano student, but with some musical knowledge from playing violin when he was younger. He really just wants to play beautiful music. He’s working through his method book, but the music just doesn’t really appeal to him. When I gave him this piece, he was so excited. He just had his lesson today and not only did he practice for hours, but he called friends of his to show off his new piece. Like you said, a real student saver! Thank you for such a wonderful piece.
Sara
What an enjoyable piece to play! A student of mine excelled with this despite it being a tad bit above her current playing level. I love pieces like this that push students to that next level without them even realizing it because they’re having so much fun. This one is definitely on the program for our upcoming recital!
