This was one of the first solo books I purchased for my intermediate to advanced students and I was so glad I did. My students absolutely love the music.

This is another enjoyable book that is regularly at my piano. It is so lightweight and portable and perfect to take to the practice room. Wonderful and memorable pieces such as "Dreamweaver" and "Falling Leaves" are in here.

I recently gave this book to a talented tween, and received this wonderful email from the parent a few days later: "This song Kacie is playing this week is blowing me away! It’s almost like a whole new level of playing. Very professional sounding and I just love the song period!"

Beautiful solos that are a hit with teen students! Also fit beautifully under the hands, while being interesting to play.

Another great selection of New Age piano songs to play! Love each one; they are fluid and styled just right to keep my hands moving – improves motion and technique!

I am in LOVE with all the pieces in this book! They are very enjoyable to play. They fall just right within my hands and are beautiful pieces. Besides great pieces to just learn and play, they would make great recital pieces, pieces to play in the background at events, restaurants, etc… I also enjoyed reading Jennifer’s foreword notes on the pieces. Thank you!

I played through the pieces in this collection yesterday and found them to be truly beautiful. The patterns and writing make them very doable for an intermediate student.

These pieces have great appeal to the intermediate level student. I was so impressed when a very busy, hard-to-please middle school student came to lesson with “Falling Leaves” almost perfect in one week-it really motivated her to a great week of practice. These pieces also tell a complete story, which appeals to my intermediates very much. This teacher is happy all the pieces are easier than they look, yet can be used to great effect for expression, key signature work, rhythm work, and more.

I have a student who didn’t practice much at all last year. I gave her “Fading Into Twilight” at the beginning of this year and she came back with three pages, not only learned, but memorized! Impressions book = motivation to practice! TY, Jennifer!

I love every piece in this book and so do my teenage students! One of them recently told me that she only took piano because her parents made her. This book has literally helped her fall in love with playing piano again! Thank you Jennifer for your amazing work!

One of my longterm students is a high school sophomore, enrolled this year in four AP classes and two Honors classes which doesn’t leave her a lot of time for practicing. She loves playing piano, but recently had lost her drive to practice with the pressure of all her academic schoolwork. The collection of pieces in “Impressions” just completely captured her interest and has motivated her to *make* time to practice again. It’s been such a satisfying feeling to see her re-discover her love for music again through these pieces. Thanks, Jennifer, for composing such lovely, lovely pieces. I enjoy playing them, too.
