Jennifer Eklund

Jennifer Eklund holds a bachelor’s degree in music with an emphasis in performance and pedagogy and a master’s degree in historical musicology from California State University, Long Beach. She is an avid arranger, composer, and author of the Piano Pronto® method books series as well as a wide variety of supplemental songbooks for students of all ages and levels.

This is a studio favorite. I have had a number of students learn either the duet version or the solo version, and they always come back saying, "I want more songs like this one!" If you have a parent that plays some piano, this is a great one to get a parent involved. Have the parent learn the duet part!

This is a great first duet for young students! It's very pretty and great for learning to listen to one another while playing.

Absolutely beautiful melody. My kids love to play this piece. It's easy but sounds more advanced than it is. Great for recitals and just fun playing.

Beautiful…..I loved it the first time I listened to it and the melody is still playing in my mind. I plan to use this with my ensemble class.
