Just challenging enough for students at this level. Students are drawn to the flowing eighth notes and want to master them. A beautiful piece.

My student recently listened to several pieces online and selected this piece to play. Her comments: 'I love this piece! I could see it as a mystical movie theme, full of suspense. Also, the octave higher parts made it sound as if it was fading away. The arpeggio at the end is beautiful, sounding like there's more to come!'

A beautiful yet haunting piece. Love the running eighth notes for students working on keeping them even. Very expressive.

This is the perfect piece for students who are right at the edge of being able to handle this level (think "recital challenge" repertoire), and it's also wonderful for more advanced students as a meditative study in expression and sight reading. Definitely worth getting the studio license!
