- Let’s Quest!
This is perfect for all the students who always want to play complicated video game music, but these are much more appropriate for their level.
Three cheers for the Let’s Quest book. Lollipop Bop is a fun duet. I had two siblings play it and they had fun practicing together. Epic is a big hit in my studio! Perilous and Into Forever are favorites, also. This book is full of fun pieces, with bits of challenge. It keeps them finishing page after page!
I wish I could write in a bigger font: LET'S QUEST BOOKS ARE INCREDIBLE!!! Chrissy has managed to hit it out of the ball park again with this great series. Thank you so much! Keep writing!
Every boy in my studio works hard to finish Piano Pronto Prelude book so they can begin this book. They all work so hard to play Epic and even though it may be a challenge to coordinate the hands in the middle of the song, my boys all say this is fun! I love offering such amazing music to my students. Thank you Chrissy!
From Logan, age 13 I love this book because the music is fun to play. The pieces are memorable, with cool patterns. I can imagine going through an adventure when I play the piece. My favorites are "Into Forever," "Epic," and "Dragon March."
My students are loving this book!! The music is so addictive! I want a copy for myself. :)
I absolutely LOVE this book....and everything by Chrissy. Every student I have given this to has loved every single piece in here. I also gave it to a student who it was a little out of his reach, but he loved the music so much, he pushed himself and was able to learn all of these as well gain greater self-confidence. Keep writing Chrissy!
I have three boys right now who are all digging this book. It's a bit of a stretch for two of them, but that's great. They are really enjoying the challenge.
One of my older students (who is picky) played a piece from this book in a recital. Another student heard it and like it so much he wants to play it as well. These pieces sound amazingly like video game music.
This book can be summed up by one of my students “the Awesome Songs” book. Engaging for tweens and older beginners, the pieces sound contemporary and cool. Highly recommend!!
