Printing - Microsoft Edge on Windows
The following screenshots will walk you through printing your digital sheet music on Microsoft Edge using Windows. There are three different ways that you can start the printing process.
Option #1 - From Order Confirmation Email
Open the order confirmation email that arrives after placing your order. You will see a list of all the digital products you bought with an option to "Download", "Print", and "View". Click "Print" and then skip to step 2 below.
Option #2 - From My Digital Products
Find the product in "My Digital Products". If you need help , please read the "My Digital Products" tutorial. You will see the options to "View Online", "Download", and "Print". Click "Print" and then skip to step 2 below.
Option #3: From the Online Viewer
Open the piece in the online viewer and click the print icon. If you need help, please read the Online Viewer tutorial.
A new window or tab will open. If it does not, you may have pop-up blocking enabled. The recommended way to print is using the "Image" method. You can learn more about the difference by reading the "Image vs PDF" tutorial. Click "Image".
You may asked to confirm that you wish to continue printing with Edge. While image printing works best in Chrome or Firefox, you may not have any problems printing with Edge. Click OK to continue and if your computer does not print the file properly then please try again using another browser.
Your computer will render the file for printing. This may take a few minutes so please be patient and do not close the window while it is rendering.
Make sure the paper size is set correctly. It is recommended to use the "Normal" margin option, the "Shrink to fit" scale option, and the "Off" setting for headers and footers. You may also wish to click "More Settings", otherwise, click "Print"
Make sure the paper size is set correctly. If you are in the US, choose "letter" and if you are international, choose "A4". Click "OK" and then "Print".
An alternative method is to print as "PDF". You can learn more about the difference by reading the "Image vs PDF" tutorial.
If you chose to print as PDF, the file will be loaded into your browser. Press CTRL+P.
Again you may wish to use the "More Settings" options, otherwise click "Print".
