Printing Rights FAQ

When you purchase a "Digital: Single User" file, you are limited to a combined limit of two downloads/print attempts. That means you can download the file once and print it once, download it twice, or print it twice. If you exceed this limit you will encounter an error. Read below to see examples of what it looks like when you have exceeded your print/download attempts and how to resolve the issue if you encounter this error without having successfully obtained your file.

Limited print/download rights are in effect for copyright reasons. Single user files are meant to be used with only one student. If you want to use the file with more than one student, you should buy multiple copies of the single user license, or buy the unlimited license. "Digital: Unlimited Reproduction" files are not subject to this limit.

During the print/download process, you may be asked to log in to your account. Digital purchases are always linked to user accounts and cannot be shared.
