Return Policy

Piano Pronto Return Policy

This website is designed to help you make informed decisions about your purchases, and we encourage you to take advantage of the extensive preview images and audio files on product listing pages. Before submitting your order, please ensure that you are purchasing the correct items. If you still need to return an item, we have a 15-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them. Books that have been written on or have had pages creased or folded are not eligible for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, scratch and dent books, or gift cards. Due to copyright policies we do not offer refunds on digital items.

To start a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a list of items you’d like to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for paying for return postage.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses

If a package is returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address the buyer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order. Please check your shipping address carefully upon ordering. Once a returned package is received we will make every effort to contact you. The cost of the materials (less original shipping costs paid) will be refunded and then a new order must be placed to re-ship the item(s).

Lost or stolen packages

We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not found your package, please check with other household members and neighbors in case the package was brought in without your knowledge. If you still cannot find your package, take your tracking number to your local post office to make an inquiry about the delivery. Note that economy-class shipping (Media Mail) does not offer any insurance coverage. If your package was shipped via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail you can file an insurance claim at your local post office. Please contact us for inquiries about lost/stolen packages. If a re-shipment is deemed necessary, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged and Misprinted Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, severely damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. While we take care to package items to avoid damage during shipping, some damage may occur during transit. Slightly damaged items due to in-transit handling by USPS are not eligible for refunds.
