Another favorite warm up piece for me. Enjoyable and relaxing tune to play.

I have an 8 year old girl and when we we were picking out a new piece for her to play along with her method books, this was the winner. I played through 5-6 other songs, and she just kept saying, "naw". I was worried we just wouldn't be able to find something, because she was picky and then I played this one. When I looked up, her eyes were big and wide and and she had this giddy smile on her face. She just nodded at me and I knew we had a winner!

Having the sample first helped my teen student get excited about choosing this piece for her recital. It will be lovely for her, especially as it will sound more difficult than it really is, instead of a traditional childish-seeming piece.

We had tried and LOVED "End Game", so we wanted to try another of Jennifer's solos, and this is the one we went with. It was enjoyed almost as much as "End Game"--and played almost as endlessly! It has a nice major-key pop melody, which draws kids in. The kid who played this was a 9-year-old late beginner, and this was a good challenge for him.

"On my way" to FINALLY learning that practice makes better because they can't stop practicing this piece. Did I say I'd love it if you had more of these pop pieces? They are GOLD!!!!

I have introduced this piece to all of my older beginners (middle and high school students as well as adults), and they have all greatly enjoyed playing it! Many of them say that it sounds more difficult than it is to play and is a welcome supplement to the classical and folk pieces in their lesson books.
