Customer questions & answers

Question:
Is Piano Pronto an All-in-One course?
Jennifer Eklund
Asked by Jennifer Eklundon June 27, 2021
Pinned question
Answer:
Not exactly, but it’s pretty close! Each book in the Piano Pronto series includes pieces, explanations about musical concepts and terminology, written music theory exercises, and Pronto Prep sections to help instill the importance of section work. If you want to dive deeper into music theory we suggest using the correlating Power Pages books that include written theory, ear training, technique exercises, composition prompts, and much more. Power Pages books are available up through Piano Pronto: Movement 3.

Great choice for young students as well as adults who enjoy playing the classics.

The Finale and Encore books in this series are fabulous for reading material for my older students. For my students who are working on advanced classics, these books are great to keep them "reading", while introducing them to a familiarity with so many of the great classics!

This will be my book of choice for my students I wish to prepare for senior level music. The Concerto arrangements are an excellent choice for students and the classical music will give students a sound foundation as they play recognizable, enjoyable pieces. Thank you for another outstanding book!
