Customer questions & answers

Question:
Is Piano Pronto an All-in-One course?

Pinned question
Answer:
Not exactly, but it’s pretty close! Each book in the Piano Pronto series includes pieces, explanations about musical concepts and terminology, written music theory exercises, and Pronto Prep sections to help instill the importance of section work. If you want to dive deeper into music theory we suggest using the correlating Power Pages books that include written theory, ear training, technique exercises, composition prompts, and much more. Power Pages books are available up through Piano Pronto: Movement 3.

This book is a real winner! The selections are varied and enjoyable to play. I gave this to a 60-plus year old student last week and she is so excited about this book. She likes the musical information about the pieces as well as the piano prep. Her goal has never been to perform but to play for her own enjoyment. We have studied a lot of rep over the years and this collection really fills a need. The engraving and layout are easy to read as well. Thanks Jennifer once again!

I just finished playing through the whole book. I really appreciate all the different key signatures available. My advanced students will be able to expand their repertoire and learn some classics quickly. All of the songs are “catchy”. I’m sure the families will enjoy hearing these pieces in their home. Bravo!
